Valentine’s Day is coming, and you need chocolates!
Making your own chocolate treats is easier than you think. We will make 2 kinds of truffles, 2 kinds of chocolates and 1 chocolate bar, using organic cacao powder and other delightful ingredients, such as dried apricots, roasted hazelnuts, orange zest and honey.
Handmade chocolates make great gifts for your Valentine, for birthdays and anniversaries. Everybody will be blown away by these melt-in-your mouth hand-made sweets.
You will also learn about the magic power of cacao.
